The purpose of this position is to provide support to the
assigned manufacturing department(s) by coordinating the
non-routine manufacturing support activities related to quality
Writing and managing the shift's NON-CONFORMANCES thru the CQMS
Independently lead failure investigations, using root cause
analysis tools and propose/implement systemic corrective
o Assign tasks/follow up of Non-conformances
o Develop and deliver awareness notifications/trainings
o Review and save video based on investigation needs
o Investigating and determining root cause for the environmental
monitoring non-conformances (if applicable)
Updating SOPs as necessary
Share responsibility for department RC CAPAs
o Act as the representative for the department at the MRB
meeting and CAPA Board Meeting
o Manage and execute the corrective actions and preventive
actions in CQMS
Assist the department supervisor and manager on other projects
and daily tasks as needed.
o Lead efforts in conjunction with manufacturing and engineering
to develop plans for continual improvement of product and process
o Ensure decisions are made based on sound Quality principles
and regulatory guidelines.
o Perform supervisor duties when the shift supervisor is out of

2 or 4-year college degree (BA/BS) or significant (5-10 yrs)
Technical knowledge of operation they support and understanding
of manufacturing processes used.

Experience: 1-3 years Manufacturing experience in operation
assigned or advanced education degree (2 or 4 year). Aseptic
manufacturing experience preferred.
Hours: Mon-Fri, 8a-4:30p
