About the Service Dispatch Coordinator IV role:

In this role, you are responsible for the schedule and dispatch of Hach field service technicians in North America to complete field service customer requests e.g. crafting work orders, equipment start-up, field installation, repairs, calibration, and preventative maintenance. In addition, this role includes leadership in both functional and cross-functional settings where dispatch is a stakeholder, providing team input to other departments and managers, leadership within the dispatch team, and implementation of DBS within service. Duties will include using Oracle, telephone and email to schedule and transmit assignments, compile statistics, and generate reports on work progress utilized to improve work efficiency.

  • Participate in cross-functional teams driving improvements to Dispatch Processes
  • Provide team leadership
  • Ability to support and act as a backup for Dispatch manager
  • Drive and roll out improvements within the team
  • Build and maintain new standard work documentation
  • Schedule and dispatch field service managers to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications, or needs
  • Confer with customers and field service management to confirm field appointments and address any schedule-related questions or issues
  • Maximize routing/schedule efficiency for demand and service agreement field jobs

Are you qualified?

  • High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Experience with using Microsoft Office programs in addition to database applications
  • Prior customer service and dispatch experience required
  • Training/instructing experience
  • Leadership/management experience
  • Knowledge of Oracle a plus
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to a daily changing, fast-paced work environment
  • Must be a self-starter and self-motivated

The salary range for this role rate for this role is $47,100 - $85,500. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
