Job Description:

Prodigy is a cabinet manufacturer in Greenville utilizing online tools and state-of-art wood working equipment to provide seamless solutions to Cabinetry retailers. Cabinet retailers design kitchens and bathrooms for their customers utilizing our online tools. When finished, the retailer hits a "buy button" to place the order, which is sent directly to our servers allowing us to manufacture cabinets with a highly automated just-in-time manufacturing processes. Our integrated solution cuts delivery times by over 50%, while providing retailers prices that are competitive with imports.We are currently looking to add a Customer Service Representative to our team. The customer service representative (CSR) will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The CSR will also assist dealers with pricing utilizing our software.Responsibilities include being genuinely excited to help customers. Being patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. Acting as an advocate for customers when necessary. Problem-solving, troubleshooting and investigate if they don't have enough information to resolve customer complaints. Ultimately the Customer Service Representative is responsible for ensuring excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.Responsibilities also includes: Manage large amounts of incoming calls Price jobs for customers when they require assistance Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Take the extra mile to engage customers Requirements Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative Ability to do take-offs from customer documents and price jobs Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Familiarity with Customer Service systems and practices Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively BenefitsFull Time Employees will be eligible for to receive the following benefits after a probationary period: Benefits - Health, Vision and Dental Paid Time Off - Vacation and Sick Time Paid Holidays Prodigy is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
