Flatbed OTR Positions Available -
Average $75,000 Annually
- 0-11 months – 57 cpm (1/2 cpm increase per quarter
1st year)
- 1 year – 59 cpm
- 2 years – 60 cpm
- 3+ years – 61 cpm
- Max pay – 69 cpm
- ¼ cpm increase each quarter
- Home most weekends
- Trucks governed at 70 mph
- Rider policy (must have at least 1 year verified
OTR experience)
- Earned time off bonus each quarter
- Average 9,500 miles per month
- All tractors are less than 3 years old

Recent Graduate/Long Term
Trainee
- Must have completed and graduated CDL-A
school
- Truck Driving School certificate copy
- 90 or above GPA
- No MVR violations
- Drivers with OTR experience - $1,100
- Recent graduates or no OTR experience -
$1,100
- Experienced flatbed drivers (requiring no
training) - $5,000
- Flatbed drivers with 6 months of verified OTR
experience - $5,000
- Flatbed drivers with less than 6 months but at
least 3 months of verified OTR experience - $3,000
- Recent grads and flatbed drivers with less than 3
months of verified OTR experience - $1,000
- All bonuses are paid out over the first 6 months
of employment
- Must be at least 23 years of age
- Valid Class A CDL
- Acceptable MVR in the past 3 years
