Our Inbound Customer Service Specialists are responsible for
handling Inbound calls and Chats from our customers to determine
the best method to resolve the customer questions and concerns
while using various workout techniques to establish payment plans.
The candidates will be training their first 30 days from
Interact and engage with consumers.
Process and negotiate payments for consumers wanting to pay their
debt (such as credit cards, cell phones, car loans, etc.).
Answer credit bureau reporting inquires
Assist with questions related to disputes (when a consumer
disagrees with the information on their account).
Answer questions and provide clarification to consumers related to
60 -70 calls for an 8-hour shift
85 -100 calls on 10 hour shift
Two scheduled 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch
-Prior CSR/Call Center Exp. At TD Banks, GLS, Shellpoint
-1+ years of exp as CSR/Inbound Call Center experience.
