Due to continuous growth, we are currently recruiting a Preferred Partner Account Specialist to join our growing team. The Preferred Partner Account Specialist will be responsible for providing an industry leading customer service experience that results in growth of both existing and future dealer partnerships. This will be accomplished through the utilization of the organization's expertise in web development technology and our Dealer Management System (aka DMS). The Ideal Candidate Will Be Able To:
    • Possess a general level of knowledge in the Dealer Management System
    • Be proficient in dealer support & dealer onboarding
    • Skillfully provide training & virtual demonstration of system usage to current & prospective dealers
    • Achieve budgeted sales goals
    • Maximize the dealer relationships to increase growth potential utilizing our Dealer Management System, products, and processes
    • Collaborate with internal web development team to thoroughly test all released enhancements, updates & integrations
    • Respond to website inquires in a timely manner
    • Follow up on existing DMS commitments
    • Generate & set appointments for DMS demos
    • Gather & provide feedback from dealers & manufacturers for DMS/MDMS enhancements Required Education & Experience:
      • High School Diploma or GED Desired Professional Skills & Experience:
        • Experience in Customer Service
        • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a Plus
