include: schools, office buildings, data centers, parking
structures, industrial plants, mixed-use structures, and stadiums.
Metromont has built more than 50 stadiums, including seven NFL
stadiums, 15 sports arenas, over 30 total precast multi-family
structures, and more than 1,000 parking structures. Position
DescriptionThe overall responsibilities of a Drafting Coordinator
include:
- Review project data sheets and contract drawings to understand
project scope
- Coordinateproject submittal dates, production dates, and
erection schedules
- Coordinate, issue, and track RFIs
- Review all project submittals and drawings for accuracy and
completeness
- Coordinate job-specificmaterial needs with production and
Project Management
- Issue requisitions and assembly drawings for all field cast,
production, and erection materials
- Verify that master shop tickets have beenreviewed and
checked
- Issue erection drawings and shop tickets per Metromont's
procedures and standards
- Maintain revision status of all project drawings
- Answer questions related to projectdrawings from production,
erection, and the field
- Assist in training Project Drafters and CheckersHow do we take

this position include:
- Minimum of 10 years' relevant drafting and project
experience
- Minimum of 5years' experience in a Senior Project Drafting
role
- Previous precast knowledge preferred
- Strong computer skills; engineering design software experience
preferred
