We are looking for individuals with drive, determination, and a strong desire to succeed and help others. Job HighlightsTraining providedLots of supportAccess to wide variety of loan products Primary ResponsibilitiesGenerate new loan originations through inside and/or outside sales efforts including but not limited to: inbound calls direct from consumer, realtors, community activities, business referral partnerships, online application referrals, company referrals, etc.Guide borrowers through the loan application processCollect and analyze prospective buyer income, assets and liabilities, and loan application documents to determine creditworthinessEffectively discuss loan optionsProvide information on interest rates and termsNegotiate mortgage pricing and termsRespond to customer inquiries and other related parties to the transaction as neededEducation and/or ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED, bachelors, or associates degree preferred.Current NMLS State license or willing to obtain.Knowledge of computers including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.Possess excellent team skills.Strong communication, prioritization, and organizational skills.Must be able to work under minimal supervision.Ability to follow instructions, schedules, and timelines.Ability to handle multiple priorities.Ability to maintain a good attitude, takes ownership to meet customer needs, goes above and beyond for customers, uses positive communication, and ensures customer satisfaction.Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Good organizational, leadership and interpersonal skills.Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers and the general public.Must be flexible and able to adapt to changes in priorities.
