Job Description:

is looking for an Eastern/Central time zone based high-energy, results driven sales executive to develop new business with community financial institutions in the $1B to $10B asset size range in the assigned region. This position is a remote/work-from-home role and will report to the CRO.

We are a fast-paced, innovative startup environment where you will be provided with the marketing and sales tools, resources, and outstanding leadership to effectively position our value proposition to these financial institutions.


  • Create a personal sales strategy to identify and engage prospective customers within sales territory
  • Recognize and understand prospect needs via detailed discovery meetings
  • Align FI needs / goals with Agent IQ services to drive optimal value
  • Present and sell Agent IQ services to prospective clients
  • Participate in marketing events and trade shows
  • Prepare presentations and demonstrations of the Agent IQ services
  • Negotiate and close contracts
  • Prepare and manage sales pipelines and timely, accurate forecast reports
  • Responsible for ensuring that all security, availability, confidentiality and privacy policies and controls are adhered to

    • Absolutely required: Previous related financial technology sales experience with the ability to consistently exceed quotas
    • 5+ years of direct selling in the financial institution space, preferably in digital solutions
    • Demonstrable relationships with C-Suite stakeholders at regional and community banks
    • Understanding of and successful experience with complex sales processes and independently running product demos
    • Strong sales, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
    • Effective listening, verbal, and written communication skills
    • Ability to travel throughout assigned region
    • Ability to work from a home office

    • Based in the Eastern/Central time zones and travel as needed
    • An energetic self-starter that excels at working both individually and with a team
    • Embracing change and adapting quickly and with a positive attitude
