The Company

Opportunistic real estate acquisition, repositioning, & disposition
Horizontal development of suburban, residential communities
Vertical construction of infill, neighborhood-appropriate developments

By utilizing off-market sourcing tactics, the Company attributes its success to acquiring highly valuable investment opportunities with attractive returns by targeting the following real estate verticals:
Multifamily housing
High-visibility commercial property with potential for redevelopment
Infill and suburban development sites
Opportunity zone and other tax-advantaged investments

Within the next 2 years, Zenith plans to continue operations in the Greenville area while also expanding into parts of Georgia, North Carolina, and Florida with a goal of growing its portfolio from $13M AUM to $100M AUM.

The Role
The Data Validation Coordinator ("DVC") role is an entry-level role in the Acquisitions Department, responsible for connecting with potential sellers and brokers of properties which the Company wishes to acquire. The DVC must possess a desire to build relationships and create a trusting and transparent Acquisitions process for the sellers.

The Acquisitions Department is responsible for producing quality deals that fit the purchasing criteria for the Company and for ensuring that the Company's Acquisitions quotas are met. The DVC will work closely with the Acquisitions team throughout the entire process to help produce these deals by sourcing and presenting opportunities to the Acquisitions Associates by providing accurate contact and property information.

The employees in this position will be encouraged to continue their education in the commercial real estate sector. The most consistent & driven employees in this position will have the opportunity to grow into more advanced roles within the Company.

The Responsibilities

Participate in cold calling, emailing, texting, and in-person meetings with potential sellers
Utilizing alternative marketing tactics to engage with sellers to obtain contact information, share the Company's goals and services, and introduce them to an Acquisitions Associate
Meet with management to discuss strategies, KPI's, quotes, and updates on deals and contacts
Input, organize, and manage contact and deal information within the Company's CRM software
Facilitate meetings between property owners and other Acquisitions Associates
Meet / exceed contact quotas on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Collect additional property and contact information from Sellers, as need by request from Associates
Operate a multi-dialer and other outbound sourcing softwares to connect with sellers
Effectively communicate with property owners and Acquisitions Associates to relay necessary information regarding contacts and their associated opportunities
Use scripts, openers, and pitches while speaking with sellers, as directed by Company leadership
Search and gather public information from county records and all other data providers
Engage with brokers and realtors to identify potential opportunities and present these opportunities to Acquisitions Associates
Visit properties to collect information for the Acquisitions Associates
Engage with the Acquisitions team to create new strategies to connect with sellers, source deals, and build stronger relationships

The Qualifications
Proven track record of success in previous role(s)
Ability to quickly master technology & software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Sheets, Data Management, & various CRM's)
Excellent oral communication skills (written and verbal)
2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or related sectors
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field preferred

The Terms
Part-time hourly and full-time hourly positions available depending on experience and qualifications
Hourly base pay
