Job Description:

PremierePC is looking for a customer-oriented service representative. A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help clients, highly organized and detail-oriented, and are self-starters.

This CSR will support PremierePC in the day-to-day operation of the company and client service experience so that they may obtain optimum efficiency.

This shall be accomplished by answering inbound calls, creating cases, auditing internal systems, and answering client chats. This role will work closely with the Office Manager (OM).

*Primary Responsibilities: *
* Receive a steady volume of inbound calls and open cases in ticketing platform.

* Receive inbound client chats and open cases in ticketing platform.

* Make outbound calls to clients for cases with no client response.

* Escalate cases and client issues to Office Manager.

* Create New Users in Microsoft 365 according to documentation.

* Create New Users in Google Workspace according to documentation.

* Set up New Hosted Phones clients according to documentation.

* Process new PremierePC clients into the system according to documentation.

* Audit systems dashboards and create cases per documentation.

* Verify machine offboarding per documentation.
* Work alongside OM in other delegated tasks.

*Shipping: *

* Inbound: Sort and place, update cases

* Outbound: Pack, ship, update cases

*Qualifications: *
* Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
* Must have experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with computers in general.
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
* Must be a quick learner.
* Looking for a self-starter and highly motivated person.
* Must be good with details.
* Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
* Good verbal and written skills.
* Must have reliable transportation.
* Must be willing to work on premises at PremierePC location.
* Minimum of High school degree or equivalent.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
