Inspire health. Serve with compassion. Be the difference.Job SummaryPerform procedures related to Andrology and Assisted Reproductive Technology to include quality control, quality assurance, and quality improvement.Accountabilities

• Perform all duties pertaining to an ART Specialist I, II, and III. - 20%
• Assists in the planning for each fiscal year expenses, capital and personnel budgets. Evaluates monthly productivity and staffing level variances and recommend action(s). - 10%Coordinate and administer all diagnostic and technical procedures performed in the andrology and embryology laboratories. - 20%Interpretaccreditingagencies' standards and translate requirementsinto operations and policies at least annually. - 20%Identify, monitor, and perform specific areas for quality improvement (QI) so as to provide total quality management (TQM = QC+QA+QI). - 10%Perform blastocyst biopsies for preimplantation genetic screening. - 20%Supervisory/Management Responsibilities This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director or executive.Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree - Science
