This is a full time, hybrid role with our office being in Greenville, SC. This position does require 3 days in office and 2 days that can be completed remotely from home. -Who We Are Looking For: The eCommerce Coordinator role requires a highly detailed, self-driven professional to work in a fast-paced environment managing the digital lifecycle of products, including item setup and account maintenance, for various online sales outlets, such as Amazon, Walmart, Target and . This entry level role supports various teams within the eCommerce department by implementing and monitoring various merchandising, marketing and customer experience strategies. Ideal candidate will bring a positive, service-oriented approach to the department, with the ability to adapt/learn new skills as the market changes. This is a full-time, hybrid role with our office being in Greenville, SC. - This position does require 3 days in the office and 2 days that can be completed remotely from home. The target hiring range for this role is $42,000-$48,000 per year. What You'll Do:

Manage product placement and experience across various online sales outlets throughout the product lifecycle, including item setup, monitoring and retirementOversee product content management, working closely with the Marketing and Merchandising teams for content generation, aggregation and manipulation to best align with retailer needsManage product data within Product Management software, including upkeep of digital catalogs, imagery, enhanced content and insights reportsMonitor products on retailer websites for accuracyTroubleshoot internal/customer challengesAnalyze current business trends and assess initiatives to increase traffic and salesAssist eCommerce Business Manager and key stakeholders with other special projectsWho You Are:
Experience working within eCommerce product or content generation or supporting an online retailerExcellent communicator with strong oral, written and presentation skillsAbility to track progress using project management software as a teamCandidate must be a highly motivated self-starter and responsible with proven assistance and follow-through abilityResponsible for quality of work in terms of accuracy and contentAbility to organize and prioritize, managing multiple projects, and meet deadlinesAbility to articulate clearly as well as listen to and consider others' ideasProficient user of MS OfficeKnowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator preferred Knowledge of Salsify, Shopify and Google Analytics helpful, but not requiredAbility to handle matters of a confidential natureWhat We Offer:
