Job purpose The Loan Documentation Reviewer will review documents to ensure all required documents were obtained and determine the risk assessment. Duties and responsibilities * Perform review of applicant's documentation such as Proof of Income, Proof of Identity, and Proof of Residency. Verify quality, completeness, and accuracy of documentation in a timely manner. * Review results and provide recommendations based on findings with Management. * Assist the Centralized Underwriting Manager with completing reports. * Conduct all activities and interactions in a professional manner. * Maintain an environment that facilitates compliance and positivity. * Maintain a good working relationship with branch office personnel to maximize efficiency within the company. * Other duties as assigned by management. Minimum Qualifications * Requires PC proficiency in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, and Excel. * High School diploma * Must pass pre-employment screenings Preferred Qualifications * Experience in quality assurance services. Critical Competencies * Strong diligence with the ability to identify inconsistencies * Strong written, verbal, and people skills * Ability to thrive in a demanding environment * Excellent time management skills.
