Training Associate - II FULL Time Days 060323

Are you well organized, appreciate developing and well thought out training plans? If yes, join us! The selected candidate will develop curriculum and training protocols. Provide training in-person and remotely to staff and volunteers for the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline through various modalities. And will answer the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline calls, chats, and texts and offer/responds to follow-up support services.

• Responsible for training materials, providing feedback to trainees, and facilitating role-plays and ongoing training according to the best practices identified by Vibrant!
• Ensure all workers meet training standards, and demonstrate the skills trained in all modalities.
• Ensure Vibrant best practices are incorporated into all training materials.
• Facilitate monthly training meetings with existing staff/volunteers
  Requirements

  Both dependable and reliable
  
  It's a plus if you have the following:
  
  Previous experience volunteering or working in social services or non-profit fields
  
  Completed some college-level courses
