Bilingual Spanish Broker Agent Service Analyst

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Bilingual Spanish Broker Agent Service Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:

Process Agent Onboard application contracts, ensuring all necessary information is provided and eligibility is met
Analyze submitted material for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with federal and state laws and regulations
Monitor day-to-day activity, provide relevant information to agents and stakeholders, and suggest process improvements

Required Qualifications:

Insurance contracting background and data analytics experience
Associate's degree or High School Diploma/GED with 1+ year of experience in a production or analyst role
Proficiency in using multiple computer programs simultaneously and MS Outlook for calendar management
2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Bilingual (Spanish), customer care experience in healthcare industry, and knowledge of insurance industry
