Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Support Specialist II.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client issues and
provide follow-up until completion
Contribute to the development of support strategies, processes, and
training initiatives
Provide detailed product and service information, answer inquiries,
and resolve problems
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and some prior experience preferred
Ability to exercise discretion and decision-making authority to
resolve customer issues
Ability to complete tasks supporting established procedures
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow up on
inquiries
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to escalate issues
when necessary
