A company is looking for a Solutions Support professional to
provide technical assistance and user support for clients.
Build a deep understanding of the application, API, and client
Provide customer and technical support via email, phone, and other
Assist with client onboarding, user support, and ticket
0-2 years of experience in SaaS-based B2B support roles
Experience with console troubleshooting is preferred
Experience with ZenDesk and JIRA is a plus
Experience with Smarty is a plus
