Job Description:

A company is looking for an IT Product Support Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:

Effectively troubleshoot technical issues with customers over the phone or email
Partner with Customer Support, Customer Success, and Development staff regarding technical issues
Create and maintain detailed troubleshooting documentation

Required Qualifications:

2-3 years of customer service and product support experience
Excellent people management skills
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
Maintain cooperative and effective working relationships within the company
