Field Supervisors/General Foremen typically have 3 - 5 crew members reporting directly to them.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSDirect responsibility for their crew, safety, project management and on-site client relations.Responsible for job layout and planning projects within the respective Divisional Unit to complete daily and weekly production goals to meet contract deadlines.Establish and enforce OSHA and Customer Safety Requirements for crews to prevent potential hazards to life and property.Ability to be a self-motivated, positive role model for the crews. Ability to interact and communicate well with Area Managers, Superintendents and Customers.Ensure proper equipment and materials are on the job site.Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime. Some jobs will require out of town travel.
