• HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement
• STABLE
• ENPC
• Acknowledgement of PassFail Testing
• State License 1 Verification
• NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP)
• IV Certification (LVN/LPN/Other)
• Management of Assaultive Behavior (MAB)
• CPI - Crisis Prevention Institute
• NIH Stroke Certification
• Pass/Fail Testing (EKG/Medication)
  • Job Details
  • Start: 3 weeks after signed contract
  • Shift: Monday-Thursday 9pm-6:30am (includes 30 minute lunch)
  • Locals accepted: YES if over 50 miles from Prisma Health
  • Pending License accepted: No
  • RTO Restrictions: ALL RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility's needs.
  • Guaranteed Hours: Facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
  • Experience: 1+ yr
  • *Requesting longer Holiday contract* Must work 2 of 3 holidays. RTO black out dates 12/26-12/31
