As a Production Associate, you'll play a hands-on role in maintaining and repairing products to meet customer standards.WHAT YOU'LL DO:Load & unload products for processingRepair & maintain beer kegs (valves, stickers, chimes, decanting, quality testing)Assist with inventory, shipping & receivingKeep the warehouse clean & safe using Lean Manufacturing principlesWork as part of a high-energy, team-oriented environmentWHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:High School Diploma or GED3+ years of production/warehouse experienceStrong attention to detail & ability to thrive in a fast-paced settingAbility to lift 15-35 lbs continuously & stand for 10-hour shiftsWillingness to wear PPE (steel-toe boots, hearing & eye protection)MUST BRING2 forms of ID (including 1 photo ID)HS Diploma, Transcripts, or GEDReady to get started?
