Overview

This position monitors the physical inventory and reports to the results of accuracy within the assigned departments through the cycle counting process. Investigation and reconciliation of these areas are completed as required per financial and audit standards. This is a first shift position.

Responsibilities

STRATEGIC

• Perform cycle counts
• Complete corrections to inventory and feedback as to findings and causes
• Monitor all physical and non-physical locations as assigned
• Maintains audit readiness at all times
• Ensure proper and physical disposal of aged, obsolete, and rejected product per industry standards
  
  TACTICAL
  
  
  • Safely operate equipment as required within the department.
  • Maintain knowledge and understanding of company policies, SOPs and cGMPs relating to this position
  • Physical count of product within locations of Warehouse and staging areas
  • Completion of cycle count forms and reconciliation documents
  • Locate misplaced product
  • Perform count inventories of product as assigned
  • Physical disposal and system reduction of obsolete, rejected, or aged product as determined by Management
  • Daily sales completions as required
  • Maintain counts and accuracy of non inventory items as required
  • Adjust non inventory locations for system removal of samples and trial project inventory in order to maintain planning and financial accuracy
  • Cross train as back up for other Department functions
    
    Qualifications
    
    
    • HSD or Equivalent with above average math and computer skills
    • 2 years Manufacturing, Inventory Control, and Warehousing experience
    • Excellent mathematical, oral, and written communication skills
    • Ability to operate equipment that is required
    • Self motivated and able to work with minimum supervision
    • Attention to detail
    • Ability to work in a team environment
    • Demonstrate the ability to multi task and use time wisely
