Position
Floor Technician
Description The Floor Technicians role is to specialize in ensuring the floors and other areas are cleaned and sanitized. The Floor Technician strips and refinishes floors, shampoos carpets, and washes walls, molding and grout. In the absence of the General Cleaner and as needed, the Floor Technician may perform other such functions as cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms. The Floor Technician reports and addresses hazardous conditions in a timely manner to ensure safety. The Floor Technician ensures the environment is clean and sanitized.
Cleans floors and carpets via stripping, mopping, shampooing rugs, and buffing.
Sweeps, vacuums, and mops floors and stairways.
Prioritizes work assignments in order to complete tasks in a timely manner.
Changes assignments and reprioritizes based on unforeseen events (ie. Spills, etc.).
Informs the supervisor when tasks need to be reprioritized and /or assignments need to change. Schedule: Seasonal Floortech - hours will vary $12.00 per hour
Seasonal Floortech Supervisor- hours will vary $13.00 per hour
Will need to be able to work as needed Sunday- Saturday and will need to be able to travel and do overnight as needed.

Requirements Minimum Education & Requirements:
HS Diploma or GED.
Valid photo identification to enter the work area.
Ability to pass pre-employment and ongoing drug and alcohol screening tests.
Ability to pass requirements to obtain a security badge, as needed by the client. Ability to pass requirements to obtain a security badge, as needed by the client.thorization to work in the US as per the E-Verify database. PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
1-2 years experience employed in a similar role as Janitor / Custodian.
Prior training in Universal Precautions and Safety Measures.
