    • Understanding of architectural and construction terminology
    • Ability to maintain an accurate record of documents issued during the construction phase such as shop drawings, change orders, RFIs, ASI's, etc.
    • Familiarity with construction industry project management software such as Newforma, Procore, Deltek, BIM360 and AIA Contract Documents is required
    • Providing administrative support to the entire office
    • Other responsibilities include but not limited to filing, expense reports, purchase orders, meeting scheduling
    • Occasional front desk coverage and duties
    • Strong organization, multi-tasking and time management skills
    • Proficiency Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook
    • Ability to accurately review payment applications
    • Ability to work with multiple teams and manage project responsibilities simultaneously
    • Maintain correspondence with consultants for submittals and schedules
    • 5+ years of solid and progressive work history, with experience providing Administrative Support for construction related activitiesSECTION II: TEAMWORK AND COLLABORATION COMPETENCY

      • Ability to interact professionally with office leadership and clients
      • Ability to handle stressful situations
