Job Description:

The Quality Control Technician plays a pivotal role in customer satisfaction from the completion of homes through the first year of warranty. This position will work with Project Managers to ensure QM Report Punch Lists are complete and follow through with homeowners as items arise throughout the first year.

Responsibilities:
--- Work directly with Project Managers to finalize homes and accept handoff post-closing
--- Assist homeowners with warranty requests
--- Commute between communities using a personal vehicle
--- Make repairs in homes as needed
--- Communicate clear expectations with homeowners as it relates to warranty and home maintenance
--- Schedule vendors to complete repairs and ensure they are completed in a timely and professional manner
--- Keep detailed records of requests and follow through to have items addressed and signed off as completed by the homeowner

Qualifications:
--- 3-5 years experience in homebuilding
--- Ability to multi-task and remain focused
--- Ability to maintain calm in a high-stress environment
--- Strong attention to detail
--- Get it done attitude
--- Ability to perform adjustments and general home repairs
--- Ability to sit, stand, kneel, bend, reach, push and pull for long periods of time
--- Reliable transportation
