Key Responsibilities:

• Perform tests on technical solutions to isolate and solve issues
• Follow and ensure routine security patching and end point protection is completed monthly; this includes tracking site progress and escalating when needed
• Monitor team ServiceNow queues and resolve incidents and requests
• Create and update the various IT dashboards (Excel and Visual Views) Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience with these tools or similar tools:
    • WSUS, Active Directory
    • Kibana, OCS Inventory
    • Symantec, Microsoft Defender
    • Experience with ServiceNow
    • 4 years of operational IT experience, including focus and cyber security
    • Strong knowledge and experience with IT basic collaboration tools, including Microsoft 365 suite of applications
    • Knowledge of operating systems, such as Windows and Linux
    • Ability to create visual dashboards in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
    • Cyber Security certifications (COMPTIA Security +, CISSP, etc.) preferred Location: Hybrid in Greenville, SC.
