Job Description:
We are looking for a Production Lead (1st Shift, M-F) to join
our team in Greenville, SC. This individual is responsible for
planning, organizing and controlling all production activities to
ensure orders are shipped efficiently and on time. - -Essential
Functions
Responsible for planning and
performing daily production activities. -Conducts daily safety
checks on equipmentVerifies that outgoing deliveries meet company
quality standardsRegularly informs and updates members of rules,
regulations and objectivesSchedules and performs production
operations.Trains and supervises other members of the production
team. -Investigates and resolves any production related
issues.Assists with other tasks as needed such as pre-wiring carts,
white gloving, asset tagging, green boxing and laser
etchingMaintains knowledge of the processes and equipment used
throughout the production process.Performs other job related duties
as assigned.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Thorough understanding of, or the
ability to quickly learn, production operations and
machineryExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility
to prioritize competing priorities and delegate them when
appropriate.Expert technical skills with the ability to
troubleshoot and - assist and train othersExcellent organizational
skills and attention to detailExcellent time management skills with
a proven ability to meet deadlinesAbility to function well in a
high-paced and at times stressful environmentExtremely proficient
with Google Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new
or updated softwareAbility to work independentlyValues -

-Education & Experience -
High school diploma -Bachelor's
degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
preferred -Physical Requirements - -
Prolonged periods of moving around
the warehouse -Ability to operate job-related machineryMust be able
to lift up to 50 pounds of shipping materials at a timeAbility to
work independentlyCompensation & Benefits
