Job Description:

A company is looking for a Corporate Development Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:

Supports the evaluation of both organic and M&A opportunities as well as leading strategic projects
Develops robust financial models and performs detailed financial analysis on potential acquisitions
Assists with research, industry benchmarking, due diligence, and the preparation of presentations

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics required
Minimum of 2-4 years' experience in corporate development, corporate finance/transaction services, investment banking or management consulting
Technical knowledge in the areas of valuation (DCF, Earnings Multiples, etc) and corporate finance (financial statement analysis, financial return metrics such as IRR, NPV, etc)
Well organized, resourceful and plans well; effective multi-tasker with an ability to prioritize deliverables and increase work intensity as required
Advanced Excel/financial modeling and PowerPoint skills
