Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Construction Defect Claim
Representative Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage medium to high exposure accounts and provide proactive
communications to customers and business partners
Review and analyze complex policies and coverage parts, conduct
investigations, and manage litigation
Develop coverage and liability assessments, pursue risk transfer,
and attend mediations and trials as necessary
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred, J.D. or CRIS designation is a plus
3+ years of general liability claim handling experience, preferably
in construction defect claims
Experience in handling affirmative/defensive risk transfer
Active Property & Casualty State Insurance Adjuster license
preferred
Proficiency with MS Office, especially Word and Excel
