Our company relies on multiple WMS software to streamline our inventory and warehouse operations, and we are looking for an individual with expertise in managing and optimizing warehouse functions using this software.Job Description:As a Warehouse Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, retrieval, and distribution of our products. Your primary responsibilities will include:1. Fishbowl Software Expertise:Utilize Fishbowl inventory management software to track, monitor, and optimize inventory levels.Manage Fishbowl database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product information.2. Inventory Control:Implement best practices to maintain accurate inventory counts.Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile any discrepancies.Monitor stock levels and reorder materials as needed to avoid shortages or overstock situations.3. Warehouse Organization:Organize and maintain the warehouse layout to maximize space and efficiency.Supervise the receiving, storing, and shipping of products.Ensure all safety guidelines and protocols are followed.4. Team Leadership:Lead and motivate warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.5. Reporting and Analysis:Generate regular reports on inventory levels, shipping, and receiving activities.Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.6. Process Improvement:Continuously identify opportunities to streamline warehouse processes and reduce costs.Implement Lean principles or other optimization strategies.7. Compliance and Documentation:Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.Maintain accurate documentation related to inventory, shipments, and warehouse procedures.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Interested in hearing more?
