Job Description:

A company is looking for a Fleet Director in Fleet Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and optimize fleet operations, maintenance, and compliance
Develop and implement safety programs and oversee driver training
Manage vendor relationships, technology integration, and process improvement

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Operations Management or related field
6-8 years of experience in logistics/Routing
PMP certification or Certification in fleet management
Prior experience with distribution route optimization software preferred
Advanced skills in Access, Excel, Word
