Recruiting Solutions is seeking an Advanced Engineering Technician for a Direct Hire opportunity with an innovative automotive parts supplier in Greenville, South Carolina! • Stable Company Offering Long-term Stability Advanced Engineering Technician Job Responsibilities:
  • Stay updated on Alternative Energy Markets, including customers, product offerings, systems and components levels, trends, and patents.
  • Consult and communicate with customers, regulatory bodies, and industry standards regarding product requirements and specifications related to Alternative Energy Technologies.
  • Develop methods and conduct tests on competitor products.
  • Acquire knowledge of current company products across different divisions.
  • Lead or support the Product Design Validation process.
  • Develop testing procedures based on Product Specification, Standards, and Design Validation plans.
  • Specify, purchase, or manufacture testing equipment.
  • Conduct tests and report on test results.
  • Support development and product cost analysis.
  • Develop and issue Engineering documents, including standards, test procedures, and qualification reports.
  • Build prototypes and work orders.
  • Support or resolve technical issues related to product performance and testing.
  • Assist in the product transfer and development to production. Advanced Engineering Technician Requirements and Qualifications:
    • Associate's degree in a technical field (2 years technical degree).
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficient in MS Office, including Project, and PLC software.
    • Knowledge of Internal Combustion Engine Management Systems and Components.
    • Experience with engineering lab equipment in an industrial setting.
    • Experience in manufacturing and building small test fixtures and equipment.
    • Thorough understanding of various testing processes and procedures.
    • Experience with TS16949 or ISO9001 standards.
