Ed Holmes and Associates Land Surveyors, PA is currently seeking applicants for Professional Land Surveyor/Project Manager for full-time employment. Said Professional Land Surveyor will be part of a Geomatics Team, and will be primarily responsible for Boundary Surveys, Topographic Surveys, As-builts and Easements, and ALTA Surveys. Based in Asheville, NC and Greenville, SC EHA serves both private and public entities on both design and construction related projects in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn, share, and advance alongside multiple licensed surveyors in a supportive environment and team atmosphere. This position is based in the Greenville, SC office.
Description- Work in a family-oriented team environment- Excellent pay and full array of benefits- Perform deed/plat/records research- Analyze & process field data- Point management, boundary determinations, and calculations- Operate AutoCAD with Carlson Survey software, and/or oversee drafting technician- Be responsible for project management including meeting budgets and schedules- Supervise field & drafting technicians- Draft Boundary Surveys, Topographic Surveys, As-Builts and Easements, and ALTA Surveys Position
Requirements- High School Diploma or G.E.D (higher education a plus)- Valid driver's license and good driving record- South Carolina Professional Land Surveyor licensure- 3+ years of progressive CAD experience- 3+ years of experience as survey field technician- Must be willing and able to listen, learn, and teach others- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment- Familiarity with Carlson Survey
