Job DetailsJob Location Greenville, SC - Piedmont, SCEducation Level NoneSalary Range $30.00 - $36.00 HourlyTravel Percentage Up to 75%Description Position Summary: Responsible for leading the installation of cabinets, trim, custom and solid surface products while supervising and training other Installation Technicians. Provides exceptional quality work and positive customer service. The Install Leader is ultimately responsible for all aspects of site installation. Qualifications Required education and experience:

• Minimum three years' experience as an Installation Technician
• Ability to train, motivate and lead others
• Working knowledge of installation guidelines and AWI standards
• Must have a clean driving record
• Clean and neat appearance
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and shop drawings
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• First Aid/CPR Certification preferred, but not required
• Maintain/manage jobsite inventory/organization
• Ability to learn, navigate and successfully use construction software programs (i.e. PlanGrid, Site Manager, ProCore, etc.)Essential functions:
  • Provides Project Superintendent and Project Managers status updates on the project daily
  • Interpret blueprints and shop drawings and identify conflicts prior to installation.
  • Inspect and verify casework installation according to AWI quality control standards
  • Installs cabinets, trim, custom and solid surface products in a timely manner with a focus on quality
  • Always perform job safely including wearing appropriate PPE per OSHA guidelines and asking for help with lifting

            • This job operates in a professional office environment. This routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones and copy machines.
