A B corporation that provides renewable energy and carbon offset
solutions for businesses is in need of a Remote Sales Operations
Manager. Core Responsibilities of this position include:Partnering
cross-functionally with sales and marketing leadership and business
stakeholders to understand goals and requirementsExecuting to
delivering scalable and technology based solutions that meet the
operational needs of the teamOwning and being the go-to person for
Salesforce.com and must possess a high level of expertise utilizing
Salesforce.com enterprise toolQualifications Include: Bachelor's
degree or relevant experience5 years of direct experience in Sales
operations, enablement and/or sales trainingMust be an organized
self-starter who can take independent ownership of
projectsExperience supporting multiple accounts or sales
funnelsAdvanced knowledge of Salesforce and ExcelStrong analytical,
quantitative and technical skills
