We are looking for a deadline-focused recruiter to be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of -all critical -positions -at Diamanti. The recruiter's responsibilities include all aspects of hiring, from meeting with hiring managers to write job descriptions to offering job positions to the most suitable candidates. You should be focused, hard-working, and able to meet deadlines to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
To be a successful recruiter, you should have a good working knowledge of technology, technical roles, and technical skills, as well as knowledge of the recruitment process.

Recruiter Responsibilities:

Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.
Source, recruit, and hire top talent for our global Sales -team.
Inside , -field , -Pre-sales , -customer -success Manage -the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance
Partner with hiring managers on hiring needs and priorities to implement best-in-class talent acquisition -strategies.
Execute targeted outbound Recruiting campaigns executed in sales force perform daily -outreach -via -emails , -calls , -socials , -to engage candidates and schedule candidate meetings -..
Achieve your -sourcing goals -on time and on quality
Screen candidates and facilitate debrief sessions to identify the best talent for each role
Monitor the effectiveness of all recruiting efforts leveraging data analysis and dashboard reporting, with specific attention paid to continued flow of candidates through the recruiting pipeline
Utilize broader trends and data in the business and industry to continuously improve the -company's -brand from a hiring perspective, scale recruiting processes and systems, and contribute to the broader talent acquisition strategic planning process
Executive all on boarding and coordinate training of candidates
Manager general HR duties for employees as well---Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms.
Forecasting recruitment budgets.
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/Social Platforms.
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Promote company's reputation as "best place to work".

---Recruiter Requirements:
5+ years of full life cycle recruiting -experience.
Experience working with Sales -Leaders.
Experience with Sales force and expert on linked inn recruiter or navigator
Experience with candidates in the SaaS/Cloud industry is a -plusProven -organizational skills and attention to detail ---Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
Ability to organize skills assessment -centers -(in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc)
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong decision-making skills
A Bachelor of Science or human resources degree.
A good understanding of technology and technical skills.
Experience in recruitment processes and platforms.
Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.
