Clients partner with us because we believe in finding and keeping the best people from the production line to top tier management.The role of a Business Development Coordinator is to coordinate and execute initial lead generation efforts through marketing communications, outbound calls and networking.Essential Job Function:

  • Discover and provide quality sales leads from various inbound marketing campaigns to our outside sales team.
  • Build relationships with prospects by offering value added resources (webinar invitations, white papers, relevant blog articles, etc.)
  • Gather key information to update the CRM system
  • Identify opportunities that meet a minimum qualification criteria
  • Accurately use contact management systems and tools.
  • Assist in the development of presentations and proposals when necessary.
  • Prepare, submit and present reports as requested on weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
  • Assist with the new business budgeting process.
  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars, job fairs, trade shows, and others.
  • Embrace short term Operations projects such as the STAT team or on-site projects as needed.
  • Assist in sales projects such as candidate marketing, quarterly initiatives, etc.
  • Assist in the development of written materials and letters for new and prospective clients.
  • Other duties as directed by HTI management.
  • Discover and provide quality sales leads from various inbound marketing campaigns to our outside sales team.
  • Respond quickly to all sales inquiries via email while forwarding to appropriate team members and updating CRM.
  • Build rapport with both inside and outside team members to ensure continuous improvement throughout the inquiry to sale process.
  • Work closely with the lead development and marketing team to create lead discovery best practices and optimize processes.
  • Other duties as directed by HTI management.Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:
    • Ability to persuade and influence others.
    • Ability to help develop and deliver presentations
    • Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials
    • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
    • Must be a self-starter, with a pro-active, pressure driven sense of urgency.
    • Ability to present a professional appearance and provide a positive company image to the public.
    • Work requires a minimal amount of local/interstate travel; a valid state driver's license is required.
    • Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overnight travel.Education and Experience:
      • HS diploma required; prefer BS/BA degree.
      • If no 4-year degree, a combination of post-high school education AND a minimum of one year experience in recruiting/staffing/account management OR direct business-to-business sales
      • Experience in the staffing industry is preferred.
