Job Description:
Nuance is seeking a Senior Digital Sales Strategist in North
America to collaborate with our Strategic Account Executives. The
Digital Sales Strategist team is accountable for driving net-new
business for our Digital Engagement Portfolio. The DSS is
responsible for prospecting, developing opportunities from
qualifying through closure, building customer relationships, and
expanding key vertical markets for our virtual assistant, live
agent messaging, conversational AI, and outbound product families.
You will be part of a high-caliber team that is experiencing rapid
growth and will work closely with F500 executives to manage and
execute on their conversational care and commerce initiatives.
We're looking for someone with a passion for innovation and thought
leadership as you will influence Nuance's Digital strategy and
roadmap through your success and creativity.Responsibilities for
the Senior Digital Sales Strategist
- Partner with 5-8 Account Executives to drive Net New Business
for the Nuance Digital Engagement Portfolio
- Generate leads in new prospects as well as in the Nuance
installed base in partnership with Business Development
Representatives and Account Executives
- Support Account Executives and Account Sales Engineers in the
solution discovery process to identify customer pain points,
existing technology environment and relevant integration points,
technical risks and challenges, and detailed solution
requirements
- Work with Account Executives and Account Sales Engineers to
develop services and transactional pricing components, ROI/Business
Case, and assist where needed on content for RFPs and
contracts.
- Discover customer pain points, analyze business objectives, and
provide proof points and business case analysis to customers
- Understand competing product offerings, tools and technical
features, and articulate Nuance competitive differentiators
- Demonstrate the art of the possible as well as specific digital
capabilities through a variety of video tools and product
demos
- Excel in demonstrating a confident position on business
transformations, design, UX and operational benefits and
communicate these effectively to the C-Level suite from Business,
IT and Innovation teams.QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of sales experience
- Experience selling to CMO's, CDO's and CTO's in the F500
- Experience selling API's, SaaS, and Perpetual/Transactional
models
- Experience with conversational design tools, chat bots, and
live agent messaging
- Demonstrated ability to increase sales and annual recurring
revenue
- A proven track record of success and overachievement
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation
skills
- Ability to collaborate with a team, problem solve independently
and motivated to achieve personal and professional growth
