      PROGRAM SUMMARY
      • SIT's will be based in beautiful Greenville, SC! Greenville was recently voted #1 "Friendliest Cities in the US" - https://www.cntraveler.com/gallery/2015-08-11the-2015-friendliest-and-unfriendliest-cities-in-the-us
      • SIT's receive on-the-job, sales, product training, coaching and mentorship.
      • SIT's have rotation assignments within the sales functions based on the needs of the business.
      • Upon graduation of the program, participants will take on a sales role within organization.
      • Designed around a 6-9+ month training program.
      • These are full-time positions offering excellent pay, temporary housing & utilities (during training), benefits (medical, dental, vision), 401k match, etc... Once training is complete you can choose to stay in Greenville or relocate to one of our 45+ locations!

        POSITION SUMMARY
        • Primary function of this position is to provide phone-based sales and customer support to increase sales and revenue for the assigned Distribution Center.
        • Aid in the many support, coordination, and administration efforts necessary to service our customers.
        • Daily functions will include taking and processing customer orders, processing quotes, and making outbound calls to new and current customers.

          ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
          • Act as a key point of contact for various customer facing activities sales quoting, managing orders and order confirmations
          • Ability to be a Hunter and make outbound sales / cold calls
          • Ability to build relationships with new and existing customers
          • Be a Champion the Customer Experience
          • Develop deep product Knowledge to assist and educate customers
          • "Fill Out Trucks" - Sell the whole package accessories
          • Educate and advise customers of current market trends, changes, and challenges - become a trusted advisor
          • Acquire knowledge of the market conditions and competitive landscape. Use this knowledge and customer relationships in dealing with competitive situations and negotiations. Sell at the highest possible price.
          • Interact daily with TSM strategizing on how to grow market share in their combined territories
          • Prepare & submit weekly Pulse Reports

            QUALIFICATIONS
            • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Distribution, Sales, or related disciplines
            • Leadership skills honed through previous internship or job, extracurricular activities, or within the community
            • Passion to reach higher levels at an accelerated pace
            • Sales-oriented with a desire to provide potential and existing customers with an exceptional customer experience
            • Proficiency in Microsoft based software applications

              REQUIREMENTS
              • Ability to pass drug test and background verifications
