We are searching for top-tier talent with ambition for our promotion from within model. We have a beautiful glass office headquarters in the same parking lot of La Fitness, Chipotle, Five Guys & many more for a central location. Remote M - F 8am - 5pm (Dual Monitors) The ideal candidate is someone with high energy, a curiosity about the industry, and tenacity for personal results. This person will bring new ideas, think outside the box, have a deep passion for the role and create ways to attain new accounts._Responsibilities: _ Generate lead flow - Convert 2 leads to closes a day, as you develop yourself to be a closer. Prospect new sales leads by making an initial phone or email contact. Engage the _hot & warm_ leads to prepare them for the sales team. Connect with as many leads as possible to encourage the purchase of the product offered. Be the point person for your team's sales lead qualification process. Manage current accounts - Stay in close contact with existing accounts or leads and create brand awareness, educational opportunities, and request referrals. Coordinate in-person meetings and calls between the new clients and sales team. Customer support - Answer calls and emails from clients, identify the issue and make suggestions for future or new products or services._ Requirements _ Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls) Experience with CRM software Must be computer literate Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts) Understanding of sales performance metrics_ Objective _ _We are looking for someone humble, confident and a pleasure in the office. _ _Top-tier talent with a pattern of discipline and success track record._ _Skilled individuals who are comfortable in a performance driven environment. __ Process _ _We have a 3 round interview process: 1.
