Responsibilities:
Gather local community information to be able to answer any
questions from your client about potential homes
Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate
more sales
Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their
needs and sell them a home
Follow-up with leads to increase sales
Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient
and smooth transaction experience
--- Ensure potential buyers and sellers are well informed about
their local housing market
--- Schedule showings, show homes, and host open houses for your
clients
--- Prepare representation agreements and paperwork with the
support of a team administrator -
--- Prepare, submit, and negotiate offers on behalf of your
clients
--- Help sellers get their homes ready to be listed
--- Navigate clients through the buying and listing processes
--- Act as the intermediary between the client and other parties to
ensure a smooth real estate transaction
--- Participate in daily team huddles for coaching, support, and
growth
Qualifications:
Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
Self-motivation and drive
Technology driven
Great communication and social skills
A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
--- Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and reliable
transportation
