The Agents Companies seeks a highly motivated, proven professional to join our Sales Team in the Travelers, Rest, SC market. We are a construction subcontractor, where our organization's central activities and commitments are sales, labor-based production, and customer service. Our privately held business strives to produce excellence, stewardship, initiative, integrity, and service.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesIdentifies and solicits business from new clients.Services existing accounts by obtaining orders and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales.Builds and maintains relationships with current and potential clients to market the services provided and increase customer base.Focuses sales efforts by studying the existing and potential volume of customers and permitting trends.Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports.Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; and making recommendations to management.Monitors competition by gathering marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, etc.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Completes required bids, estimates, and drawings.Uses proprietary software to manage accounts and resources.Works and communicates closely with administrative staff to ensure accuracy, prompt billing, and appointment schedules.Willing to travel daily, visit job sites before scheduled work to ensure that the site is ready, and as necessary, visit during the project to ensure work is performed correctly to meet or exceed customer expectations.Willing to attract new business by cold calling.Required Skills:A college and/or University Degree- is recommended but not required. As stated, the Candidate should have at least 2+ years of proven results in sales.Excellent Communication Skills - (written and oral).Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong attention to detail.Works well independently and as a team.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.Willingness to travel within the city and surrounding areas daily; occasional overnight travel may be required.Compensation/BenefitsBasic Salary + Commission (We provide gas card /company vehicle, company cell phone, and laptop or iPad)THIS IS A REAL OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE $60,000-$80,000+ PER YEARFull-Time employee benefits include Health & Dental Insurance, HRA, Medical Savings Account, Short and Long Term Disability, Voluntary Life Insurance, an opportunity for 401k participation, and paid vacation.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDisability insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offCompany vehicleGas cardSchedule:Monday to FridayFamily FriendlySupplemental pay types:Commission payMonthly bonusLicense/Certification:Driver's License (Required)Work Location: On the roadPDN-9913221c-0871-4000-a669-b174792e9582
