Formel -D -is a global service provider to the automotive and
component supply industry. We develop extensive concepts and
scalable solutions for quality assurance and process optimization
along the entire automotive value chain - from product development
to production to aftersales.
our sales team is the engine that drives our global consumer reach
in quality service solutions. We are seeking an enthusiastic,
entrepreneurial sales manager located in Greenville, SC to help
keep our revenue engine running through their skill and
collaboration within a team of driven sales representatives. Our
ideal sales manager has first knowledge of and experience with the
sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building,
and closing deals. This position reports to the Director of Sales,
Americas.
Create and execute strategic sales plans and growth along the
Formel D service portfolio to accommodate corporate goals in the
USA.
Provide profitable and strategic sales growth, drive customer
acquisition, establish market demand and grow business with new and
existing customers
Develop, execute and consistently refine a sales and commercial
strategy for your region, considering customer trends,
opportunities and focus
Introduce the Formel D service portfolio to develop new customers
in the automotive and similar industries with in the service
solutions in Testing, Supply Chain, Vehicle Quality, and
Aftersales.
Pursue existing network to develop growth opportunities in targeted
segments and industries.
Build close relationships with customers, working on growth
obstacles and offering solutions that help
Research market potential within the automotive- and similar
industries
Creation of proposals and presentations for service solutions in
close collaboration with Formel D operations
Monitoring of activities and progress through the use of
Salesforce
Development with national and international colleagues to achieve
global business targets for product development services
Management of a sales team -
-
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 3 years of relevant B2B sales and business development
experience within related and key account management, background in
Engineering Services preferred
Knowledge about the automotive industry, ideally with international
OEMs and suppliers
Flexible work environment.
Microsoft Office skills required
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a
computer.
Willingness to travel (50%). Must live in the upstate SC -
