Position Description: Landrum Workforce Solutions is looking for
a Market Sales Leader to join our growing team out of our
Greenville, SC office. Landrum is a full-service human resources

DOES THE BUSINESS CONSULTANT DO: Execute a strategic, consultative
sales philosophy and process (including lead development, target
markets, industry verticals and pipeline progression) for the
Coastal areas of South Carolina and North Carolina.Position Landrum
as a trusted partner, moving prospect relationships through the
sales process and up the service value continuum.Work in tandem
with Director of Sales to create target lists, to identify specific
industry verticals, and to collaborate on prospect meetings.Utilize
CRM to track prospect information, progress opportunities through
the sales process and produce management reports that accurately
convey weekly activity and salles results.Participate in weekly WFM
sales pipeline discussions and every other week leadership calls
around pipeline development and prospects closest to close.Build an
effective professional network online and in person by
participating in local organization and events that foster WFM
opportunities.Endeavor to grow personally and professionally by
participating in industry and sales related seminars, workshops,
and conferences.Build relationships with internal WFM, Workforce
Solutions and corporate teams, especially Marketing, Legal &
FinanceWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: A minimum of 2 to 3 years
experience in large or complex account selling with a history of
achievement.Minimum of 3 years successful sales experience in
workforce solutions, outsourcing/insourcing or industrial or
logistics servicesFamiliarity with Lean concepts/principles Kaizen,
5 S and Standard WorkValid drivers license and your own reliable
vehicle requiredAvailable to work beyond regular business hours
when necessary.Availability for potential travel commitments.Must
be located in the greater Greenville, SC areaThis role does report
