Job Description:

--- Looking to--make a guaranteed, six-figure income in your first year as a licensed real estate agent?
--- We are seeking salespeople with NO INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE
--- Once you are licensed, you will--earn at least $100,000 in your first year, OR WE WILL PAY YOU THE DIFFERENCE!

Responsibilities:
--- Follow up on all leads in a timely manner and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism
--- Uncover the priorities of the buyers by doing a needs assessment (fact-finding conversation) and then locate homes that match their needs and wants, and show them the homes
--- Be a trusted advisor and use a consultative, collaborative, servant leader approach

Qualifications:
--- Driven to earn more than $100,000 and provide exceptional customer experiences
--- SC real estate license or willing to get one
--- Teachable with a strong work ethic
--- Works well in a self-directed manner and is also a great team player
