Job Description:
Jasco is looking for a Sales Manager - Lowe's that will: Support
Sales Efforts: Assist the National Account Manager in identifying
appropriate sales activities and strategies for achieving long and
short-term customer objectives. Promote customer service while
executing strategic objectives set by management. Customer
Interaction: Conduct and complete sales calls with clients and
potential clients alongside the National Account Manager. Listen
actively and exercise sensitivity when interacting with customers.
Evaluate customer problems and situations and identify issues,
opportunities, or new products and services beneficial to the
customer. Internal Coordination: Support internal teams through all
aspects of customer needs and expectations; help establish
strategic priorities, assortment mix, pricing, packaging, and
promotional tactics. Assist in delivering winning presentations and
proposals. Project Management: Serve as a project manager for
smaller initiatives to develop contingency plans for unexpected
situations. Navigate changes and plan accordingly. Day-to-Day
Activities: Assist in planning and directing all sales activities
within the assigned account, including day-to-day activities.
Financial Projections: Support the National Account Manager in
making financial projections and achieving or exceeding established
budgets. Assist in preparing sales forecasts by product category
and program. Quality Management: Promote total quality management
through active participation and commitment to improving services
to all external and internal customers. Location and Work
Environment: Candidate must be located in the Charlotte, NC area.
Jasco’s local office is in Cornelius. Most days will be in a home
office, with meetings in the Corenlius office at least once a week,
and as needed to support the customer. Plan for frequent store
visits and meetings at Lowe’s offices to best serve our partners.
Expect to travel 2 to 3 times per year to our corporate
headquarters in Oklahoma City and occasionally for Lowe’s corporate
events. Competencies: Action-Oriented, Communicates Effectively,

Qualifications Minimum Education, Experience, and Certification: No
prior sales experience necessary. Experience in customer service or
project management is beneficial. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
experience is preferred but not required. Knowledge, Skills, and
Abilities: Skills in consultative selling, negotiations, and
cultivating relationships. Ability to plan, prioritize, and respond
appropriately to internal and external customers. Ability to
problem-solve and adapt to changing customer demands with a sense
of urgency. Excellent data management and strong analytical skills
with high attention to detail. Must have excellent communication
skills. Strong proficiency working in Microsoft Office, Excel, and
PowerPoint. Ability to manage multiple tasks / priorities and lead
cross-functional projects. Ability to self-start and work
proactively. Must have the self-discipline to work out of a home
office with hybrid office schedule. Must be able to work in a
fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment. Positive, energetic
