Job Description:
Position Overview We are seeking dynamic and motivated sales
professionals to join our growing HVAC services team. This is a
full-time role with a guaranteed base salary and a progressive
commission structure. As a Service Maintenance Sales
Representative, you will focus on prospecting, generating leads,
and collaborating with the installation team to identify and secure
new commercial HVAC preventive maintenance contracts. This
\'hunter\' role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a
fast-paced, results-driven environment. What You'll Do This
position requires a self-starter with strong internal discipline to
manage their activities independently. Key responsibilities
include: Prospecting for new clients through cold calls, site
visits, networking, and industry events. Identifying businesses
that value preventive maintenance agreements and converting leads
into prospects. Preparing and presenting maintenance agreement
proposals to close new business. Transitioning new clients to
account managers post-sale and restarting the sales process. Key
Responsibilities To succeed in this role, you should: Have a proven
track record of finding, qualifying, and closing new business,
primarily through self-generated leads. Excel in presenting to
prospective clients and selling value persuasively. Quickly build
trust and establish strong relationships with potential clients. Be
professional, serving as the main point of contact for prospects.
Adapt easily to diverse situations and challenges. Demonstrate
creative problem-solving skills and intelligence. Stay organized
and manage a large pipeline of suspects and prospects effectively.
Handle conflicts constructively to strengthen relationships. Be
coachable, open to learning from successes and failures alike.
Compensation and Benefits Competitive base salary plus commission
on new sales and performance bonuses. Monthly vehicle allowance.
Paid time off, including seven holidays, with accrual increasing
