Job Description:
Securitas Inc., a global leader in protective services, is
seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive for Regional
Financial Sales. This role focuses on expanding our footprint in
the financial sector, leveraging our sophisticated technology and
extensive industry expertise to deliver customized security
solutions. The successful candidate will be instrumental in
achieving sales targets by developing strategic relationships and
addressing the unique security challenges faced by financial
institutions. Identify, develop, and secure new business
opportunities within the financial sector. Consult closely with
clients to assess their security needs and tailor proposals based
on Securitas’ suite of solutions. Collaborate with product and
marketing teams to ensure aligned and compelling product offerings.
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing,
including contract negotiations. Achieve and exceed assigned sales
and business targets. Maintain a deep understanding of market
trends, competitor activities, and potential impact on business.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
through excellent service and follow-up. Strong sales acumen with
proven ability to close deals and grow revenue. Excellent
communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to
comprehend and discuss technical security products and solutions.
Strategic thinking with the capability to develop long-term
business relationships. Proficient with CRM software and sales
management tools. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification in Sales Management or
a strategic sales certification like Strategic Account Management
(SAMA) or Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP). Background
check and licensing as required by national or local laws.
