dynamic Regional Sales Manager for our North Carolina region within
the Manufacturing industry. This pivotal role is geared towards a

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for crafting
strategic sales plans, identifying new market opportunities, and
spearheading initiatives that align with our commitment to
providing exceptional staffing services across various sectors.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate
corporate goals within the territory. Direct sales forecasting
activities and set performance goals accordingly. Analyze sales
statistics to identify areas of improvement and implement
performance measures. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
and ensure continuous improvements in sales processes. Coordinate
with other departments to optimize efficiency and effectiveness of
sales strategies. Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing
sales team, fostering a culture of success and continuous
improvement. Stay updated with industry trends and market
conditions to guide strategic decisions. Proven leadership and team
development abilities Exceptional negotiation, communication, and
presentation skills Strong analytical skills and capability to
interpret sales data High proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft
Office Suite Deep understanding of manufacturing industry and its
sales cycles Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Certification in Sales Management (CSM) preferred Professional
certification in Project Management (PMP) or similar could be
advantageous
